Vale Vineyard – Vineyard Tour with Wine & Cheese Tasting

Surrounded by the stunning Clwydian range countryside and enjoying a micro-climate, Vale Vineyard is just a 10-minute drive from the cottages. While you may not automatically think of Wales being famous for its wine, we have tried for ourselves, and can highly recommend sampling the award-winning wines and local cheeses! This is a gorgeous and relaxing way to spend the afternoon. The vineyard tour is extremely informative and provides you with an introduction to the grape varieties, production process and the opportunity to wandered amongst the vines. The wine and cheese tasting takes places within a gorgeous brick and timber Tythe Barn.

Seasonal woodland workshops include a range of crafts, camp-fire cooking, well-being coaching, and yoga.
The beautiful private woodland is an oasis of calm, with a central camp fire cooking and seating area. Try forest bathing in hammocks, listening to bird song under the canopy of the trees, or enjoy yoga or craft sessions, undercover in a billowing tented canopy, known as the cathedral.

Llan E-Bikes are a local business and can offer suggestions on routes locally for all abilities. Some popular flat routes include, The North Wales Costal path, the cycle path from St Asaph to Rhuddlan, or the cycle path around Llyn Brenin reservoir.
