Accommodation for the Unesco Pontcysyllte Aqueduct
North East Wales Tourism operators and local people are delighted with the recent listing by Unesco (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation) of the 200 year old Pontcysyllte Aqueduct and canal which lie in Wrexham County Borough between the interesting town of Wrexham and the beautiful riverside town of Llangollen. |

The Old Mill is well situated for your accommodation whilst visiting this fantastic monument to the design and building skills of Thomas Telford and William Jessop.
A car journey from The Old Mill to the aqueduct will take about one hour and benefits from an off main road 'away from it all' journey through some of North Wales' best scenery including 'The Horseshoe Pass' on the approaches to Llangollen. |
